I’ve been using Microgenix for a couple years now on an alternate day schedule. I love my mushroom days. I have more energy and focus and I find the joy in the regular day to day tasks. For the last few weeks I’ve been combining a Clarity Lite with a mini for a dosage of 105mg and it’s just the perfect amount for me.
Since I followed a 3-day schedule for about two months, my depression started to fade away which allowed me to be in the moment and helped me learn to love & have patience with myself. I also alternated through different doses from 75mg to 150mg to 225mg to help feel the psychoactive effects on days I didn’t work.
I recommend people expand their minds & experience their thoughts from a different perspective & microdosing helps support that!
I definitely will go with the next higher dosage as these ones did wear off but I definitely recommend these to people with a low tolerance. It’s a wonderful product and I can’t wait to order more.
