Ambassador Program

As part of our loyalty program, you are automatically signed up to be a brand ambassador. All you have to do is share your affiliate link with your friends and family and when they complete a purchase, you receive store credit for 10% of their order total. Steps listed below:

– Log into your account.
– Once signed in, navigate to the ambassador panel from the my account page or under your name in the menu bar.
– Click on the “Affiliate Links” menu.
– Here you’ll find your personalized affiliate link that you can send out directly to anyone you know or simply click one of the social links on the right to share on any platforms you use.
– As soon as your referral completes their order, you’ll see all of the orders that have been placed under the commissions menu and you can see your entire store credit balance under the settings menu.

Mushie Rewards FAQ

In the top left of your screen during checkout you will see a statement that says “Use XX Mushie Points for a $XX discount on this order! If you wish to redeem your points for a discount click the “Apply Discount” button and choose how many points you wish to redeem. 100 points = $1. 

Every 100 points = $1. Points are redeemable to the dollar depending on how many points you have. Below are some examples. 

500 points = $5 
1,000 points = $10
2,500 points = $25 

Nope! The more you shop the more points you earn and there is no limit. Stack as many points as you’d like and use them to save on a future purchase. 

Mushie rewards discounts can only be combined with Ambassador store credits. They can not be used with any other coupon codes. Only one code can be used per order, and we cannot combine these codes together, so make sure to redeem the code that provides you the best savings. 

Ambassador Program FAQ

When you sign up for an account on Microgenix you’re automatically enrolled in the ambassador program. Follow the instructions on this page and as soon as someone makes a purchase using your affiliate link you’ll receive a store credit for 10% of their purchase total (before taxes and shipping). Your store credit stacks so the more people you refer your store credit will increase. 

You can see your store credit balance in a few places. 

1. During checkout you will see your store credit balance in the top left hand corner above your Mushie Points balance. This is also where you will redeem your store credit. 
2. Navigate to the Settings tab in your Ambassador portal. 
3. Navigate to the Store Credits tab under your account.
