I’ve just started taking the Clarity lite capsules last week and have loved their effects.
I Just stopped taking my SSRI (citalopram) and replaced it with these and am so far so glad that I did. I take one every third day and immediately after taking it feel happier and more energetic. I have completed so many projects around the house since starting these and felt lighter. It wasn’t a strong feeling but I noticed it lifted the sadness I felt before. Just ordered more to have them on hand at all times.
I’ve been taking these every other day and have definitely witnessed a major shift in my moods and anxieties! I feel more relaxed when im usually just always on edge.
This product is amazing! I take one capsule on mornings when my anxiety feels heavier and it helps me clear my thoughts and ground myself. I was thinking of trying stronger medications like antidepressants but wasn’t too excited about the idea of putting chemicals in my body. This is the perfect solution for the days when I need a little lift without having to take daily meds. I highly recommend!
